Pastry Chef - The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will prepare all breads, pastry & desserts for restaurant service.
Opportunity to add your own dishes to the menu
Working as part of hard working team to high standard
The Person
You will already be a qualified Pastry Chef with high restaurant experience
Prepare dishes to multi rosette level. Have experience at this level or Michelin kitchen
Good communicator and team player
