Engage Talent Partners is working exclusively with our client, a growing Aberdeen-based business, to recruit an Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Maintain accurate records, documentation and internal systems in line with company procedures
* Support coordination of internal processes, reporting and departmental activities
* Assist with preparation of documentation, correspondence and business reports
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
* Support HR administration including onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment coordination
* Assist with QHSE administration such as maintaining compliance documentation, training records and policy updates
* Help coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and general office logistics
* Contribute to the preparation and tracking of operational KPIs and internal reporting
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant statutory requirements
* Provide flexible administrative support across different functions as business needs require
Applicants should have previous experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally within a busy, fast-paced environment, and will be comfortable supporting multiple functions across the organisation. Experience assisting with HR processes and/or QHSE systems would be advantageous, although not essential, as training can be provided.
