Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a social housing refurbishment project in Wakefield, with plans of more projects in the pipeline in the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities for this Assistant Site Manager role:
* Reporting into the Site Manager
* Management of method statements and risk assessments
* Support the planning and coordination of site activities
* Liaise regularly with residents, clients and colleagues
Experience required for this Assistant Site Manager role:
* CSCS Card and in date
* SSSTS Card and in date
* Previous social housing refurb experience
