LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic
Location: Elgin
Salary: £40,153
Hours: Early & Late Shift Rotation + Alternate Saturday 7 - 12 Mornings
Contract: Permanent
We're looking for an experienced LCV Technician to join a busy and growing workshop in Elgin. With 7 bays, an ATF lane, and a team of 12 skilled technicians, you'll be part of a well-equipped and supportive environment that values quality work and professional development.
What You'll Do
As an LCV Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of light commercial vehicles. From routine maintenance to diagnostics and more complex repairs, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet on the road.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on LCV vehicles
* Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge
* Complete necessary paperwork and service records to a high standard
* Work within health and safety regulations and company standards
* Support and mentor less experienced technicians when required
* Liaise with parts and service teams to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
* Participate in early and late shift patterns and alternate Saturday mornings
About You
* Proven experience as an LCV Technician or in a similar role
* Confident working on a wide range of light commercial vehicles
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills
* Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
