Corporate Wellbeing Advisor
Edinburgh | Corporate Fitness | Permanent | Part time
£26,166.40 per annum (pro rata)
24 hours per week, with 16 hours across the weekend and one additional weekday shift.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our corporate club, you'll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You're highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training. You'll REPs level 3 qualified or equivalent and CIMSPA registered.
In this unique hybrid role, you'll support multiple areas of our centre including:
* Fitness Floor & Classes - Engage with members, provide expert support and advice, and deliver engaging group exercise sessions.
* Poolside Support - Assist with pool safety during children's swim hours. We're ideally looking for someone already qualified as a Lifeguard or willing to train as a Pool Responder (we can support your training).
* Front of House - Greet members and guests, handle queries, assist with membership sales, and ensure our reception runs smoothly.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a strong team ethic.
* A Level 2 or 3 Fitness Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA registered).
* Confidence to deliver gym floor support and group classes.
* Willingness to work across departments, including Front of House and Poolside.
* Ideally, a Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) or Pool Responder - or willingness to train.
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Opportunities for training and development - including Lifeguard or Pool Responder training.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer), you will:
* Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
* Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Les Mills
* Deliver exceptional customer service in everything from personal training to processing payments
* Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
* Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals
