Delivering end-to-end recruitment for project management roles across the UK and Europe, operating at pace to attract top talent. Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and internal applicants, providing market insights and an excellent candidate experience. Supports continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function and its internal mobility service.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Sourcing talent to meet business needs.
2. Promoting internal mobility and referrals.
3. Using diverse sourcing channels effectively.
4. Delivering structured behavioural interviews.
5. Providing clear, constructive candidate feedback.
6. Supporting bidding with talent pipelines.
7. Partnering with hiring managers throughout.
8. Ensuring compliance and accurate TA systems.
9. Managing end‑to‑end internal applications.
You’ll need to have:
10. Proven recruitment and interviewing experience.
11. Strong ATS and TA systems capability.
12. Sector knowledge with established candidate network.
13. Confident stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
