Job responsibilities
* Lead andmotivate a clinical team, including bank, agency, and specialist nurses, todeliver against KPIs.
* Support andfacilitate team development through training, performance reviews, andsuccession planning.

* Maintainyour clinical competence to provide field support and patient visits whenrequired.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration and a relevant professional qualification (Honours degree or equivalent).
* Essential: Minimum one year of management experience in a clinical setting.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or NHS.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
* Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and pre-employment medical checks.
* Post-registration qualification in management, CVAD, or parenteral nutrition.
