About the Role:
As Production Planner, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and executing a rolling production schedule that aligns with customer demand and forecasted sales. You will work cross-functionally across operations, procurement, and production teams to ensure that output is planned efficiently and that service levels remain high across the supply chain.
Duties include -
Creating and maintaining production and demand plans.
Coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to meet delivery targets.
Monitoring capacity, material availability, and workforce requirements.
Leading weekly planning meetings and communicate schedule updates.
Driving process improvements focused on lean manufacturing.
Supporting stock accuracy and compliance with business standards. About you:
Proven experience in demand planning and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
High proficiency with Excel and MS Office, with strong reporting and data analysis skills. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
Can interpret complex data quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. What’s on Offer:
