An iconic private members club in Kensington is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join its established and stable brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a 2 AA Rosette standard, producing refined modern British cuisine with a strong emphasis on the finest seasonal and sustainable produce.
You will be part of a multi-outlet kitchen supporting the main restaurant, private events, terrace, and bar, offering variety and consistent high standards across all operations.
This role offers a 48-hour contract, with all overtime paid hourly, alongside an excellent salary and an outstanding benefits package.
