This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects with real responsibility and seeing them through from inception to completion.
The Role: Deliver cost management on projects typically ranging from £5m
- £50m, spanning Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Industrial & Logistics, and Data Centres Handle pre- and post-contract responsibilities across JCT and NEC contracts Prepare cost plans, valuations, and risk registers, keeping projects on budget and on track Work closely with design and construction teams to provide commercial advice and support smart decision-making Who you are: Quaantity Surveyor ideally working towards or already chartered Experienced on projects of significant value, including industrial, logistics, and technical schemes such as data centres Commercially minded with excellent reporting and stakeholder communication skills Proactive, hands-on, and confident managing your own workload Benefits: Competitive salary with vehicle allowance, 5% pension, healthcare, life assurance, and 28 days holiday Bonus scheme and team events Exposure to a broad mix of project types and high-value schemes in a supportive environment If you're ready to take ownership of high-value projects from inception to completion, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career.
