Printing tickets/consignment notes for drivers. Updating revenue spreadsheets on a daily basis. Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries. General Filing. Raising requisitions. Updating vehicle files. Updating fleet system. What are we looking for? Essential : Previous working experience within a busy administrative role. Computer literate, with specific experience on Excel. Being able to work in a fast paced environment. Desirable: Previous experience within a transport environment.
