TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS operates a national network of Centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees. Launched nationally in 2006, TPS is based on an Agency Model, meaning that Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the number of Centres nationwide.
Job Opportunity
What will you be doing?
As a Centre Manager, you will lead, manage, and motivate your TPS team to meet and exceed business plans and objectives, ensuring excellent customer service, developing strategic plans, and maintaining all necessary processes for a successful TPS Centre.
* Achieve Centre targets and business objectives
* Translate sales targets into departmental goals, setting challenging yet achievable objectives with your team
* Motivate, recognize, and incentivize your team
* Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress, and provide support where needed
* Develop a Manpower Plan and implement a succession plan for your centre
* Foster a customer-centric culture within the business
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Work within the sales strategy to increase revenue and develop sales plans
* Monitor business performance regularly and identify improvement opportunities
* Analyze market data to understand sales opportunities
* Achieve business plans and budgets, controlling costs and maintaining Gross Margin levels
* Ensure compliance with standards, legal, financial, and ethical guidelines, including Warranty
* Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure the security of stock and premises
