Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours per week)You will need to be able to work shifts on a pre-planned rolling rota - 5 /7 days a week including mornings (from 7am to 3pm), evenings (2pm to 10pm) - these also include mid shifts and weekends.

Evolve Housing + Support is a leading homelessness charity in London, providing housing and support to over 1,300 people each year. Evolve offers support tailored to meet peoples individual needs, including housing, employment, and skills training, mentoring, and counselling.
We have an especially adapted property in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Burton White House where we support 24 customers (from ages 16-24 years old) who for a variety of reasons are currently homeless. Our customers have a range of support needs and have access to support from us 24 hours a day. The service aims to support young people to improve on their independent living skills, whilst rehabilitating them back into the community.
