Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for a part-time Teaching Assistant to start after October half-term. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is considering a career in teaching but wanting to gain further experience within the classroom.
About the role:
* Start-date: 3rd November
* Ongoing/long-term position
* £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work within the schools KS2 department providing support for students who require additional assistance with reading and core subjects. You will work closely with the class teachers to identify students with learning gaps and collaborate to create and implement individualised learning support. This may include 1-1 or small group intervention with core subjects and designated 1-1 reading time.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
* Safeguarding training to be completed upon registering with Teaching Personnel
