Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) - 5 days per week - 14.50 per Hour - Paid Weekly

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded one form‑entry primary school, who are seeking a dedicated and reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) to join their team immediately after the Easter break.

The Role
As a Midday Supervisory Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. Duties will include:
* Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and other school areas
* Encouraging positive play and social interaction
* Supporting pupils with their lunchtime routines
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensuring the health and safety of all pupils at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have experience working with children (school-based or similar)
* Be approachable, patient, and enthusiastic
* Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Be reliable and punctual

Working Hours
Typically between 11:30am - 1:30pm (may vary slightly depending on school needs)
Additional Opportunities
There may be additional hours available for candidates with Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) experience, offering the potential to extend your working day within the school.
