This is a rotational post between the hospital sites.
The individual will be involved in patient rehabilitation, supporting the qualified Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapists. The post will include various rotations.
The successful candidate should have awareness of working within a healthcare environment and/or therapy interventions. The post holder will also be expected to complete competencies in both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
Therapy Services work within a 7‑day shift system, therefore there is a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays.
Supervision will be provided by the Band 5/6/7 Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist and personal development is supported through appraisal and internal and external training.
