The Role
* Financial Oversight: Lead the school’s financial strategy, managing budgets, procurement, and audit compliance with total precision.
* HR & Operations: Oversee personnel records and site contracts, ensuring all administrative functions run like clockwork.
* Leadership: Act as a key advisor to the Headteacher and SLT, providing the technical support required for long-term planning.
* Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection regulations.
