Retail Leadership Development Programme
The role offers a comprehensive learning journey that spans 23 months, enabling you to develop your leadership skills, knowledge, and resilience to become a retail manager.
Programme Structure
* Sales (store-based, 16 weeks): Gain experience in key store roles starting as a Customer Assistant and working up to store management.
* HR (regional office-based, 4 weeks): Discover how HR teams facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development in regional departments.
* Logistics (warehouse-based, 16 weeks): Learn logistics fundamentals by rotating around three core warehouse areas before joining the warehouse management team.
* Supply Chain (regional office-based, 16 weeks): Order products, manage quality and freshness, and deal with suppliers in our complex supply chain.
Year 2 Specialist Route
Choose from store, warehouse, or supply chain management and hone your expertise over the next year. Develop into a retail leader with drive, confidence, and skill set to succeed.
Essential Requirements
* A minimum of a 2:2 degree awarded between 2024-2026.
* A full UK driving licence by 1st February 2026.
* Commutable distance from Regional Distribution Centre.
* Licence to work in the UK full-time.
* Assertiveness and confidence in communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to learn, develop, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Attendance at an assessment centre in January 2026 if successful.
