Job Description
We are looking for a strong electrical lecturer who can work full time Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 at a college based in Newcastle. This would be a permanent position.
Requirements are stated below:
* Relevant Electrical qualification – Electrical Installation / Inspection & Testing / AM2 or equivalent
* Teaching qualification required
* Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards)
* Internal Verification qualification
* Ability to deliver engaging and inclusive teaching
* Strong industry knowledge and current electrical practices
* Confident using digital learning tools
* Commitment to safeguarding and learner support
* Electrical Installation
* Inspection & Testing
* Maintenance Electricians
* Commercial / Industrial electrical backgrounds
* Electrical trainers / assessors
* FE college lecturers
* Apprenticeship delivery experience
* Candidates with strong industry experience looking to move into education
