Support Worker- Part-Time (Neurological Support)
Hours: 2-5 hours per day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays

Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to support a client living with a neurological condition and facial dystonia. This role focuses on delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and dignity in the comfort of the client's own home.
This is a part-time position supporting a thoughtful and independent lady who responds best to mature carers with a calm, encouraging approach. Assisting with personal care and dressing
Supporting with meal preparation and hydration
Assisting with light physiotherapy exercises, including in a heated swimming pool (swimming ability is an advantage)
Providing companionship and mental stimulation, such as playing word games
Carrying out light domestic tasks: changing bedding, laundry, kitchen tidying, and preparing meals and drinks
Experience in domiciliary or personal care is desirable
A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting independence
Swimming ability is a bonus due to aquatic physiotherapy
A full UK driving licence is essential
