We're looking to hire a Security Service Engineer to our team at Chubb across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. Key to this role is experience in CCTV, Intruder and Access Control. We specialise in design, development, supply, installation, commissioning and full life support of complex integrated systems that meet the most stringent demands.

Role & Responsibilities
* Provide first‑line remedial reactive service and routine maintenance to all company and third‑party products within the local region.
* Assist with commissioning and installation support for project works as required.
* Repair, maintain and service systems in line with company procedures, engineering instructions and system specifications.
* Ensure client satisfaction and high quality customer service during and after service visits.
* Be available for standby on call‑out rota as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Good basic education and preferably a relevant qualification in electrical/electronic industry.
* Alternatively able to demonstrate in‑depth knowledge through assessment.
* Field service experience.
* Computer literacy (good IT skills).
* Customer service experience.
* IPAF, ECS, CSCS, Safety Passport holder or similar – beneficial.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Demonstrated technical knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: CCTV, intruder, access control & perimeter systems, networking.
Training
Training, including external and internal formal courses and mentoring, will be provided.
Qualifications
Desirable and beneficial: formal qualifications, technical assessment or evidenced experience.
