Job Summary This role is responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently, including shredding, blending and milling plant, as well as mobile plant. You will ensure production output targets are met, maintain high safety and housekeeping standards, and work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams. The job role • Operate shredding and blending equipment safely. • Operate the front‑end loader shovel • Operate attritor mills following safety and quality procedures. • Complete pre‑shift inspections and operate mobile plant (FLT training provided). • Perform level‑one maintenance and report equipment defects. • Maintain housekeeping standards. • Meet production deadlines and ensure product quality. • Follow all HSE protocols and report incidents promptly. • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
