Temple Hill Group are an innovative forward thinking GP practice workingout of 3 sites with a list size of over 22000 patients.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic newly qualified orexperienced salaried General Practitioner for 4 to 8 sessions per week to joinour friendly, progressive team.
Main duties of the job
We use modern tools to reduce our workload with total triage, no Docman, low labs and AI scribe.
Surgeries are a mix of telephone and face to face appointments and the successful candidate will be required to join the duty doctor rota working alternate week duty doctor sessions doing triaging and prescriptions.

Job responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, evidence-basedcare to our patients
* Conduct face to face, telephone, andonline consultations.
* Manage acute and chronic conditions inline with national and local guidelines
* Undertake Home Visits(althoughwe use the home visiting team for our visits)
Participate in care planning andhealth promotion for patients with long term conditions
* Issue prescriptions appropriately inaccordance with practice and NHS policy
* Reviewtest results, hospital letters and correspondence promptly
* Ensure accurate and timely clinicalrecord keeping using EMIS clinical system
Quality & Governance
* Contribute to the achievement of QoF,Enhanced Services, and other clinical targets
* Participate in clinical audits,significant event analysis, and learning reviews.
* Promote evidence-based practice andparticipate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain awareness of Safeguardingresponsibilities for both adults & Children
* Adhere to all relevant practice andNHS policies including infection control, confidentiality and informationgovernance.
Professional Development
* Engage in appraisals and revalidationas required by the GMC and NHS England
* Maintain continued professionaldevelopment (CPD) and attend mandatory training sessions
* Support teaching and mentoring orsupervision of medical students.
Teamwork and Collaboration
* Work collaboratively with ourmulti-skilled team including Nurses, HCAs Pharmacists, Pharmacists, Firstcontact physios, care-coordinators, Nurse Associates and administrative staff.
* Participate in clinical meetings, casediscussions, andmulti-disciplinary team (MDT) reviews.
* Support colleagues during absence andcontribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Leadership and ServiceDevelopment
* Contribute to the development of newservices and innovations in primary care delivery.
* Engage with the local PCN to supportintegrated care models.
* Provide leadership for specificclinical areas or lead roles as agreed with the Practice Manager and Partners.
Qualifications
* Full GMC registration, licence to practise; on the GP Register
* Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List
