The Role As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll inspire and develop a team of telesales advisors, helping them to hit ambitious targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance coaching, performance management, and strategic input to drive the continued success of our conveyancing sales department. You’ll: Lead, support, and motivate your telesales team to maximise conveyancing instructions. Monitor key performance metrics including productivity, task management, and conversion. Deliver one-to-one coaching, call analysis, and constructive feedback to boost performance. Implement sales strategies and process improvements to enhance results. Communicate business objectives clearly and ensure team alignment. Work closely with the wider sales management team to drive commercial success. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading and developing high-performing telesales teams. Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. A track record of driving sales success and exceeding targets. Confident decision-making and the ability to motivate both local and remote teams.
