What you’ll do as a Bids and Proposals Officer Bid and Tender Management: Preparation, Management, and Delivery of Proposals: You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of bid and tender processes, from initial preparation to the final submission of offers. Preparation of Commercial Offers: Documentation Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to compile and prepare comprehensive documentation, covering project management, technical aspects, manufacturing, finance, planning, contracts, suppliers, offset, and timelines ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow. Approval and Signing of Commercial Offers: Proposal Approval: Plan and facilitate the approval process for proposals.
