Ramadan Volunteer Administrative Assistant
Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Ramadan Volunteer Administrative Assistantto join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.You will join us on a full-time basis as part of a temporary contract till the end of Ramadan with a view to progressing into a fixed term role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,400 – 27,600 per annum depending on experience.

As Ramadan Volunteer Administrative Assistant, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting our administrative operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the organization, including inbox management, reporting, volunteer pre-onboarding screen checks, general query resolution, data input, general onboarding, and events and training coordination. We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Ramadan Volunteer Administrative Assistant:
Successfully;
7. Provide administrative support in a timely manner
8. Onboarding of volunteers within charity SLAs
9. Support the volunteer officers during the busy period of Ramadan
10. Support volunteers with their queries through social media and volunteer inbox
What we’re looking for in our Ramadan Volunteer Administrative Assistant:
Education:
Educated to A ‘Level standard
Experience
Prior experience in administration or volunteer management is desirable but not essential.Word and computer skills essential and other administrative experience preferred.
Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Proficiency in using email and other communication tools. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
