This includes identifying target audiences and leveraging commercial and consumer insights to create relevant and engaging campaigns across North England.

Our team is divided into Strategy & Media Planning. This role is within the Strategy team and collaborates closely with Media Planning to set and execute the team's vision. We are ambitious for 2025: if you enjoy leading innovative campaigns and delivering impactful results, this role is for you!
The Role
The Local Marketing Manager, North England, reports directly to the Head of Local Marketing. The role involves managing the end-to-end marketing strategy for North England and implementing hyperlocal initiatives across the UKI.
You will have autonomy to develop marketing plans aligned with seasonal and customer moments, working with Commercial, UKI Marketing, and Insight teams to evaluate regional needs and opportunities. Your insights will guide joint business planning at regional, city, and neighborhood levels.
You will also own UKI-wide local marketing initiatives, engaging with stakeholders across the company to shape our local strategies. Developing insightful reporting and measurement will be key, turning data into actionable recommendations to continually improve our approach.
What we’re looking for from you:
