Company Description
Blue Leaf Composites is an independent engineering consultancy specialising in the design and manufacturing process of advanced composite structures. Our work spans wind energy, marine, and industrial applications, with a focus on delivering practical, high-performance solutions that meet demanding technical and commercial requirements.
We operate with a small, agile team of talented engineers combining hands-on experience with digital tools to support design, prototyping, and production. Our approach is collaborative, and detail driven, whether we're refining designs, adapting supplier documentation, or supporting client reviews.
As we expand our design and development capabilities, we're looking for engineers who are comfortable working across disciplines, engaging directly with suppliers and clients, and contributing to real-world outcomes. If you value clarity, precision, and the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, Blue Leaf offers a focused and supportive environment to do just that.
