The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to senior leaders and operationally complex teams. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual who can navigate competing priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring leaders are optimally positioned to focus on strategic initiatives and client impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex, high-volume calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts with efficiencyCoordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting (via Concur), and end-to-end logistics for meetings, events, and offsitesServe as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and responsivenessAnticipate business needs and proactively address administrative challenges before they ariseHandle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrityPartner closely with the wider Administrative community to provide seamless team coverage and operational continuitySkills & CompetenciesExceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detailClear and concise written and verbal communicationHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environmentStrong problem-solving capabilities and confident decision-makingAbility to manage upwards, align expectations, and build credibility with senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ConcurMinimum 5 years expeirence as an EA within financial services Why Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a globally recognised investment platform known for innovation, scale, and client commitment.
