Litigation Legal Administrator, Belfast, £24k Overview A leading commercial law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Insurance Litigation team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive legal environment, providing administrative and reporting support to fee earners across a range of litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain management information reports. Produce accurate reports using Microsoft Excel and large data sets. Assist fee earners with legal documents and correspondence. Open and manage hard and soft copy case files. Prepare court bundles and organise hearings. Conduct legal research and compile information as required. Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties. Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Provide general administrative support including scanning, filing, and photocopying. Ensure compliance with ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO27001, and Lexcel standards. Essential Skills & Experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient across Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proactive and flexible approach.
