What we are looking for:
15. A minimum of 12 months experience as a Consultant recruiting into the Professional Services industry, ideally Insurance
16. Experience in recruiting IT & Change Management roles
17. Strong Insurance network across IT & Change Management
18. Successful at carrying out own BD
19. An ability to multitask
20. Confident and persuasive communicator
21. Demonstratable questioning and active listening skills
22. Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
