White Ink Architects is an employee‑owned practice, and we’re continuing to grow. We’re looking for Architects to join our Belfast studio and work on ambitious residential, hotel, masterplanning and interiors projects across the UK and Ireland.

The Role
You’ll work as part of a collaborative project team delivering medium to large‑scale projects from design through to construction.
The role includes:
* Design development and technical coordination through later RIBA stages
* Day‑to‑day involvement in the delivery of live projects under the direction of an Associate or Director
* Coordinating consultants and contributing to technical decision‑making
* Preparing and reviewing drawings and information packages
* Working within UK and Irish building regulations
* Using AutoCAD and Revit within a BIM‑led workflow
* Contributing ideas and helping improve how we work as a practice
About You
* Experience working on complex, real‑world projects
* Comfortable taking responsibility and managing aspects of project delivery
* Strong design awareness with a solid technical understanding
* Collaborative, organised and clear in your communication
* Keen to continue developing your role and career within a growing practice
