As a Sales Advisor based in our Potters Bar branch you’ll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations. Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude. Working within the warehouse maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards (This will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. toilets, sinks, boilers and radiators). Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location. Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Driving a 3.5T Luton van delivering orders to sites. This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm, no weekend work required.
