This is a full-time role supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, many of whom have autism and other complex learning needs. The role includes 1.1 and group work. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation. Work 1:1 and in small groups to build trust and engagement. Implement tailored behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the SEN team.
