The Specialist Hygiene Technician Role
Responsibilities
* Provide hygiene cleaning services across various environments, including biohazard, flood water damage, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high‑level cleaning, and silo cleaning.
* Adapt to a fast‑paced business where workload changes week to week.
* Work part of an on‑call rota (typically twice a quarter).
* Offer valuable advice to customers and provide exceptional customer service.
* Maintain a professional image at all times.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
* Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
* Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
* Required to pass a DBS check and an enhanced security check.
