The Bar & Restaurant Supervisor will be at the forefront of our busy food and beverage operation reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the club s Front of House operation. Your duties will include working the bar, leading and training the front of house team, maintaining the correct stock levels in line with budgets, and managing ResDiary. This is a 35 hours per week contract. About you You will have experience of managing a bar and catering team. You will be flexible, personable and professional. You will always strive to exceed member s expectations and will do this by upholding high quality service standards.
