Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
Key Responsibilities: Unloading of 2-3 trunks and loading 9 x 18T vehicles Offload and check all inbound/outbound goods, ensuring accuracy by scanning and placing items in their designated warehouse locations. Organize goods into delivery routes to keep operations running smoothly. Verify products against dispatch documentation, ensuring codes and quantities are correct. Load goods and pallets onto delivery vehicles, including rigids and artic. Be ready to assist management with additional reasonable requests.
Requirements: A flexible and proactive approach to work. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A good understanding of health and safety practices. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. A valid Forklift Truck licence is essential.
