The Housing Officer is responsible for managing a housing tenancy portfolio, delivering high quality, visible, pro-active and preventative tenancy services. This role involves ensuring tenants have access to support, resolving complex cases, and maintaining compliance with all aspects of statutory and regulatory obligation. This role has a specific remit regarding accessing properties to ensure statutory or necessary compliance and health and safety work is carried out.
