Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a varied caseload including Wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts and tax planning, as well as powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
* Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining high professional standards at all times.
* Contribute positively to the team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to ensure the success of the department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client law.
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, client-focused approach to legal practice.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
