Perform data analysis with tools like Excel, Power Query, SQL, Power BI/Tableau; identify process inefficiencies and propose automation/RPA opportunities aligned to strategic goals. Engage stakeholders via workshops, interviews, and playback sessions; support change enablement, delivery (UAT, defect triage), governance, and benefits measurement with KPIs.
