Due to expansion we are again looking to hire Support workers in the Rochdale Area.

Job Role:
SSP are growing and we are looking for experienced Support staff to join us in our new services. These roles will be to support Adults with Autism and other complex healthcare needs in the community and Supported Living services in the Stockport area.
- Providing a great level of care and support to a vulnerable adults in a Community / Supported Living Setting.
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Record keeping
- Report writing/ Incident writing
- Some personal care could be involved
- Ensure the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of service users far as possible.
- Working together with the service user's family and professionals.
You will need to be:
- Flexible
- Reliable
- Experience within care
- Demonstrate empathetic, compassionate approach
- Organised and highly competent at multi-tasking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Committed
- Ability to develop effective working relationships
Requirements:
* More than 1 year experience in social care
* Current DBS
* Able to work any shift over a 24/7 schedule
* 42 hr contract, possible overtime
* 12 hr shifts
* Days and nights, must be able to work both
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.92 per hour
