Job Description:
As a Care Supervisor, you will work alongside your Area Manager and team to ensure the safe and effective provision of care to our service users. You will be the direct contact for your colleagues regarding service users in your area and will report directly to your Area Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
* Experience: Minimum 1 year care experience.
* Flexibility: Must be fully flexible.
* Driving License: Full UK license and appropriate insurance.
* Communication: Good English skills, both spoken and written.
* Willing to work towards level 3 and currently NISCC registered.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community:
* Complete shadowing and relevant paperwork for new staff.
* Monitor and report on new staff performance.
* Maintain and update client care folders monthly.
* Assist with client monitoring visits and reviews.
* Conduct spot checks with staff.
* Ensure client folders are in place within 24 hours.
* Deliver PPE weekly to staff.
* Participate in emergency cover and provide leadership to staff.
* Support audits and maintain accurate records.
* Manage, develop, and support staff including inductions and training.
* Report incidents and support emergency and on-call duties.
Office:
* Handle paperwork and issues from staff and clients.
* Coordinate with Care Managers and Social Workers.
* Engage in training to develop skills.
