Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator to join the Customer Operations Department, based at Watt Close, Andover.
This job will involve providing essential support to customers after they have purchased a bespoke stairlift or homelift. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from the point of sale through to installation or removal. Your work will involve processing and checking important customer documentation, managing communications across departments, solving problems, and ensuring the customer's journey ends as positively as it began.
As the Customer Care Administrator, you will work shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Saturday and Sunday This job is a permanent contract.

To be successful as the Customer Care Administrator, it is essential that you have strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Experience using Microsoft Excel and managing a varied workload is also essential. Experience in customer service, administration, or a technical product environment would be desirable.
Customer Care Administrator Responsibilities:
* Process customer paperwork accurately from point of sale to product removal
* Raise invoices and allocate cheque payments correctly to customer accounts
* Sort and forward incoming post and emails to the correct departments
* Communicate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
* Work to deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Customer Care Administrator Requirements:
* Confident written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, positive approach
* A natural desire to help customers, with empathy and emotional intelligence
* Ability to solve problems and provide examples of overcoming challenges
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Comfortable working to targets in a performance-driven environment
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
