The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving these high standards.
Responsibilities
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Act as the first point of contact for authorising discounts and resolving customer queries.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
* Provide outfit building recommendations and offer additional product suggestions.
* Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
* Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve performance.
* Ensure shop and stock‑room maintenance, presentation, and organisation issues are addressed appropriately.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
* Team player who recognises and celebrates contributions of others.
* Adaptable and resilient, able to work quickly in a changing environment.
* Energetic and authentic, with a clear presence on the shop floor.
* Can-do attitude and initiative to find in‑store solutions.
