The Role
You'll be working in a friendly, first-opinion practice where trust, autonomy, and common sense are the norm. This is a role for a vet who's comfortable making decisions, enjoys managing their own day, and wants flexibility without sacrificing clinical standards.
You wont be micromanaged. You will be supported.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering high-quality small animal consultations and routine surgery
* Confidently managing cases, including periods of sole charge
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
* Working collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team
* Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards
What Were Looking For
* RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Comfortable with some sole charge work
* Calm, capable, and clinically confident
* A team player who values flexibility and balance
