What you could be part of
Licensing plays a vital role in protecting the public and ensuring a fair and level playing field for businesses. With our highly professional team, following a recent service review, these new roles are very important in meeting sustained licensing demand from the taxi trade within Broadland. Our aim is to drive high compliance through a robust but fair role as a licensing authority, and balance this with a business friendly commercial approach. By promoting confidence amongst potential licensing applicants and holders, and maintaining a safe and healthy balance, we aim to encourage positive growth and excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
Working at the Council enables you to be part of an organisation that is proud to deliver high quality, customer focused services. Our success comes from being commercially astute and business-like. Continuous improvement is also vital, and we challenge ourselves to develop new and innovative ways to improve the services that make a real difference to people's lives.
