Anderson Knight Recruitment is working with a well-established organisation based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an Employee Relations Adviser on a fixed-term contract for up to 9 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise to join a collaborative and fast-paced People team. The role offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week working from home. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a broad range of employee relations matters while contributing to wider people initiatives and organisational projects.
