Location: Sleaford Area
Hour: 39 per week
Salary: Hourly Rate + Overtime at 1.5
The Role
You’ll be the heartbeat of our showroom, you aren't just selling "bits and pieces" you are providing the essential solutions that keep our customers and technicians moving. From face-to-face expert advice to managing phone enquiries and dispatching orders, you’ll ensure every person who walks through our doors receives first-class service.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* A Natural Communicator: You’re polite, professional, and can handle a busy counter with a smile.
* Industry Savvy: Knowledge of agricultural or horticultural parts is a huge plus, but we also value experience from the motor trade or general retail showrooms.
* Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the "buzz" of a busy workday.
* Detail Oriented: Whether it’s handling cash, processing card payments, or tracking down a specific part number, accuracy is your middle name.
* Tech Literate: Comfortable with computers, email, and the internet.
* Sales Driven: You’re motivated by targets and enjoy identifying opportunities to help the customer get exactly what they need.

* Hours: 39 hours per week.
* Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half.
