Job Title: Locum Team Manager – Community Team Location: Trafford
Pay Rate: £40 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Locum Team Manager for its client’s Community Team located at Trafford.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Engaging and supporting the strategic planning of the neighbourhood services.
* Collaborating with commissioning colleagues, partner agencies, and third sector organisations to provide effective models of support and seamless assessments for the individuals we are working with.
* Ensuring high quality assessments and support plans are provided to adults with eligible needs who may be at risk and/ or living with complex needs, and their families in Trafford; ensuring that appropriate protection plans are implemented in a safe and timely manner.
* Taking a lead role in supporting and responding on complex safeguarding cases.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* 2+ year’s experience as an ATM/TM
