Job Description
This is a hybrid role, requiring work from our Windsor office 2-3 times a week.
The Compliance Executive - Financial Promotions supports the Compliance Manager in reviewing and approving all marketing collateral across the UK, Australia, and Canada.
The responsibilities include:
* Analyzing marketing materials for customer harm and clarity regarding Neilson’s products.
* Ensuring promotions comply with relevant regulations.
* Maintaining accurate records of approvals.
* Escalating concerns and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a Compliance role within financial services, particularly in reviewing and approving marketing content. (Essential — profiles lacking this experience cannot be considered)
• Strong understanding of FCA/CAP/ASA regulations related to marketing and financial promotions.
• Knowledge of the FCA Handbook.
As this role is UK-based, training and support will be provided for regulatory requirements in other markets. Prior knowledge of these markets is not required.
